We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in your smugglers, so we offer a 90-day return policy for a refund or exchange on all items in original condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers remain intact and garments are unworn to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and hygiene liners attached.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your generated shipping label and securely package your items before dropping them off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
